Pure and natural wine

Pure and natural wine

The wine comes from vines that are not treated with any chemicals. The soil conditions of clay and limestone or granite with local climatic conditions of the Charolais-Brionnais gives this wine its attractive aromas and flavour

The wine making production and fermentation is a simple but totally natural method which involves no additives or sulphite, yeast, sugars or filtration.

Storage conditions require the wine to be kept below 14° C.

No filtration may cause slight sediment to appear. This in no way affects the quality of the wine. Enjoy !
